1. Cine suntem

2. Domeniul de aplicare

Asistenții noștri virtuali WhatsApp deservesc: fast-fooduri și restaurante (comenzi online), saloane și frizerii (programări), și vânzarea de bilete (rezervări/plăți direct din WhatsApp).

3. Ce date colectăm

• Nume, număr WhatsApp (și email, dacă e oferit)
• Mesaje și metadate: comenzi, preferințe, timpi
• Date tranzacții/rezervări: produse, locație, oră, sumă
• Date tehnice limitate: loguri erori, IP-uri trunchiate

4. Stocare & ștergere automată

Datele sunt păstrate maxim 24h, doar pentru buna funcționare a conversației, apoi șterse automat după finalizarea interacțiunii. După ștergere, nu mai pot fi recuperate.

5. Temeiuri legale (GDPR)

• Art. 6(1)(b) – procesarea comenzilor/rezervărilor
• Art. 6(1)(f) – interes legitim: suport, securitate, îmbunătățire servicii
• Art. 6(1)(a) – consimțământ: marketing WhatsApp

6. Cum folosim datele

• Pentru răspunsuri corecte și gestionarea comenzilor/rezervărilor
• Pentru confirmări/notificări și suport tehnic pe termen scurt
• Pentru statistici anonimizate, fără identificarea persoanelor

7. Partajarea datelor

• Cu clienții noștri business (operatori independenți)
• Cu furnizori împuterniciți (hosting, infrastructură, notificări)
• Cu autorități, dacă legea impune

Nu vindem datele și nu le publicăm.

8. Transferuri internaționale

Dacă transferăm date în afara SEE, folosim garanții GDPR (Clauze Contractuale Standard) și evaluări de risc.

9. Securitate

Aplicăm măsuri tehnice și organizatorice: criptare în tranzit, control acces, jurnalizare. Nicio metodă nu e 100% sigură; notificăm conform legii dacă apare un incident relevant.

10. Drepturile tale

• Acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare
• Portabilitate și opoziție (art. 15–21 GDPR)
• Retragerea consimțământului (unde se aplică)
• Plângere la ANSPDCP

11. Instrucțiuni de ștergere a datelor

Pentru ștergere, trimite email la clienti@rgtechnologies.ro (CC: razvancristian199714@gmail.com) cu subiectul „Ștergere date WhatsApp” și numărul tău. Confirmăm și ștergem în max. 30 zile. Notă: sistemul oricum șterge în 24h.

12. Interacțiuni prin platformele Meta

Respectăm Meta Platform Terms și WhatsApp Business Terms. Procesăm doar minimul necesar și nu combinăm datele Meta cu surse externe.

2. Scope

Our WhatsApp virtual assistants serve: fast-foods and restaurants (online ordering), salons and barbershops (bookings), and ticket sales (reservations/payments directly in WhatsApp).

3. Data we collect

• Identification & contact: name, WhatsApp phone number (and e-mail if provided).
• Messages & metadata: conversation content with the assistant (orders, preferences, timestamps).
• Transaction/booking data: products/services, location, time, amount, order/booking/ticket status.
• Limited technical data: device type, error logs, truncated IPs, session identifiers.

4. Storage duration & automatic deletion

Minimization & short retention: data is kept only to correctly operate the conversation/flow. Retained for max 24h and automatically deleted after completion of the interaction (order, booking, ticket reservation). Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract / steps prior to entering one (processing orders/bookings/reservations).
• Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests (support, abuse prevention, service improvement, security).
• Art. 6(1)(a) — consent (where applicable, e.g., WhatsApp direct marketing).

6. How we use data

• Accurate responses in conversation and handling orders/bookings/reservations.
• Confirmations, updates, and short-term technical assistance.
• Aggregated and anonymized statistics (no identification of individuals).

7. Sharing

• With our business customers (independent controllers) to fulfil your order/booking.
• With processors (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, notifications) under DPAs.
• With authorities, if legally required.

We do not sell your data and do not publicly disclose it.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on GDPR safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and risk assessments.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, access control, logging, environment segregation. No method is 100% secure; we will notify as required by law if a relevant incident occurs.

10. Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (GDPR Art. 15–21).
• Withdraw consent (where applicable) without affecting prior processing lawfulness.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

11. Data deletion instructions (Meta requirement)

To delete data collected via the WhatsApp assistant, e-mail clienti@rgtechnologies.ro (CC: razvancristian199714@gmail.com) with subject “WhatsApp Data Deletion” and your phone number. We confirm and delete within up to 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Note: the system already auto-deletes within 24h.

12. Interactions via Meta platforms

We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms. We process only the minimum necessary data for a short period and do not improperly combine Meta data with unrelated external sources.
